    The Sibinacocha lagoon is at 4800 meters above sea level, in the village of Phinaya in Cusco. It covers an area of approximately 25 square kilometers and is 150 meters high.

    Also, the landscape has not been noticed by tourists who come to this place. The astonishing landscape is due to the thermal regulation of the surrounding areas that allows life to harboring many species of Andean flora and natural pastures; besides wildlife, with many species of birds.

    This place involves an adventure because arriving to this lagoon is not easy at all, considering the glacial climate and the extremely cold temperature that it can be found at certain times of the year and at specific times. However, it is worth taking a walk, in case you love unspoilt nature and typical Andean landscapes.
