Los 2013 Sony World Photography Awards

Los 2013 Sony World Photography Awards son presentados desde el año 2008. Este premio tiene el objetivo de apoyar y cultivar la cultura fotográfica en el mundo. A través de la competencia, ellos buscan descubrir nuevos talentos alrededor del mundo en lo que se refere a fotografías e imágenes en movimiento. La gala y la ceremonia es todos los años en Londres. Durante ella, celebran y galardonan a mejor fotógrafo contemporáneo y les brindan tributo a los maestros que han ayudado a la fotografí mundial.

Para este año, el concurso ha llamado la atención de más de 122,000 personas de más de 170 países. A la par de la celebración se exhiben las fotos de los ganadores y finalistas dentro del Somerset House. Más abajo hay 40 fotos de las muchas que luchan por el galardón.
